Free local delivery is available on all purchases over the total value of £200.00 (including VAT), applicable to the Beckworth Emporium Outdoor Living range of products only, other product purchased within the wider product range available at Beckworth Emporium, including Gift Cards, are not available for delivery and do not contribute to the minimum £200 order value.
Local Delivery Area
The ‘Local Delivery Area’ is defined as addresses within Northamptonshire, the following postcodes are covered by the ‘Local Delivery Area’ area: NN1, NN2, NN3, NN4, NN5, NN6, NN7, NN8, NN9, NN10, NN11, NN12, NN13, NN14, NN14, NN15, NN16, NN17, NN18, NN29.
Outside of Local Delivery Area
Deliveries outside of the ‘local delivery area’ is available, the cost is calculated at the point of purchase, calculated on a per mile basis from Beckworth Emporium (NN6 0DL). Shipping is not available to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands.
One Person Delivery
The standard delivery option includes a ‘one person delivery’, for extremely large items or sites with restricted access the customer may assist the delivery person, or alternatively arrangements for two delivery people can be made for an additional charge.
All goods must be signed for in-person, upon delivery. If delivery is attempted when no one is present to accept the goods, the delivery will be rearranged at a later date for an additional delivery fee.
Delivery Dates & Times
The delivery date will be arranged in advance. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, typically between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00. For any special delivery requests please contact a member of staff within the Outdoor Living showroom.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event that your delivery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Collection from the Outdoor Living showroom is available, please speak to a member of staff for details.
Removal of Packaging & Assembly
Where possible the delivery person will take away the packaging the product is delivered in, the removal of packaging should be completed in a prompt manner. Product assembly is not included within the delivery service.
Delivery to Garden
We guarantee curb-side delivery. Where clear access is available the delivery person may deliver the product to the customer’s garden. Where access is not possible the delivery will be delivered to the front of the address.
If you would like to return your order, we are able to offer a refund on goods that are returned to us undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days. Please ensure goods are returned to us promptly along with any outer packaging, labels and boxing. We are not able to accept returns of items which have been used, worn, damaged or modified in any way. Delivery charges are non-refundable and collection of returned items is available at an additional charge.
Upon arrival our driver will assess for safety of the delivery site and have been instructed not to complete the delivery if unsafe. Please note that deliveries can be heavy, bulky or with potentially sharp edges. Please ensure you have assessed the weight of goods and site of delivery before moving any items or assisting the delivery person.
